1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following words and phrases are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" — The 5qqee website and all its sub-sections, mobile interface, and related services.
• "Account" — A user's personal registered profile that provides access to the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — Any money or credits awarded as part of a promotional offer that are withdrawable subject to meeting specified conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Real Money" — Funds deposited directly by the user that are withdrawable.
• "Services" — All gaming, betting, and support services available through the platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open and manage an account at 5qqee:

• The applicant must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• Each individual may open only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same person are not permitted under any circumstances.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and current.
• The user confirms that online gaming is not legally prohibited in their area of residence.
• Opening an account on behalf of a corporate entity, trust, or association is not permitted.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

5qqee is committed to maintaining a safe and reliable platform. To this end, we follow a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We may at any time request the following documents to verify a user's identity:

• A clear copy of a National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of ownership of the mobile banking account.
• Proof of current address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement).

We reserve the right to put withdrawal processing on hold until verification is complete. Refusal to provide the required documents or submission of false information may result in account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Key terms related to financial transactions at 5qqee:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200 (two hundred taka).
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum amount for each withdrawal request is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawal Time: Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Payment Methods: We accept transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5qqee currently has a welcome bonus offer: a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following conditions apply to this bonus:

• To claim the bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (the wagering requirement applies to the bonus only, not the deposit).
• Example: On a ৳1,000 deposit the bonus is ৳1,200 → total balance ৳2,200; before withdrawing the bonus you must place ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets.
• Example: On a ৳26,000 deposit the bonus is ৳15,000 (maximum cap) → total ৳41,000.
• Only one welcome bonus applies per account.
• The company reserves the right to cancel the bonus if an attempt is made to meet the wagering requirement through low-risk bets using bonus funds.
• If misuse of a promotional offer is proven, the funds in question may be forfeited.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

Betting and gaming activities at 5qqee are governed by the following rules:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Bets placed based on odds or outcomes displayed incorrectly due to a technical error will be considered void.
• If any error or dispute arises regarding a game result, the logs and data provided by the game provider will be considered final.
• In sports betting, the rules for specific events are published separately in the relevant section.
• Correlated bets (arbitrage) placed from multiple accounts on the same event are not permitted.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5qqee platform:

• Using the platform for fraud, deception, or any unlawful purpose.
• Any transaction intended to facilitate money laundering or the financing of terrorist activities.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Attempting to interfere with game outcomes using software, bots, or automated tools.
• Any attempt to breach the platform's security systems.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's funds or payment method.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

5qqee may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false information.
• Participation in prohibited activities.
• Suspicion or evidence of financial fraud.

A user may also request to voluntarily close their account at any time. If any valid, withdrawable balance remains at the time of closure, it will be paid out according to the standard process; however, this may not apply to accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms.

9 Responsible Gaming

5qqee believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed responsibly. We actively work to prevent problem gaming:

• Users can set their own deposit and betting limits.
• Contact the support team to activate a temporary break ("cooling-off period") or self-exclusion.
• If you suspect that someone under 18 is using the platform, notify us immediately.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 5qqee platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software interfaces, and other elements — is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. All such content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other legal protections.

• Reproducing, distributing, or using any platform content for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.
• Users may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Imitating or misrepresenting the 5qqee brand is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5qqee will not be liable for losses arising from the following:

• Losses caused by internet connection disruptions, server downtime, or technical problems.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or the actions of a third party.
• Financial losses resulting from the normal wins and losses of gaming activity.
• Force Majeure events — natural disasters, war, government orders, etc.

12 Changes to Terms & Enforceability

5qqee reserves the right to change, add to, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. If you continue using the site after changes have been made, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms and conditions.

• In the case of significant changes, we will try to notify users through a notice on the platform.
• If any provision of these terms and conditions is declared invalid by a court or competent authority, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
